Whether you have a specific challenge in mind, want to explore whether we are the right fit, or simply want to understand what working with us looks like — the best place to start is a conversation. No agenda. No pressure.
“We protect, support, and progress you and your business. That relationship starts with a single honest conversation.”
Give us a brief picture of where you are and what you are trying to achieve. You do not need to have all the answers before getting in touch — a rough sense of the challenge is enough to start.
A discovery call is a structured conversation designed to understand your business, your current challenges, and whether there is a genuine fit. We will ask good questions and give you honest answers.
Choose a date and time that works for you. The call is 30 minutes with Adam or a member of the team. We will confirm by email and send a short briefing note beforehand so we can make the most of the time.
Check AvailabilityDo I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
Not at all. A rough sense of the situation is enough. In fact, many of the best conversations start with “I am not quite sure what I need but something needs to change.” That is exactly what we are here for.
How quickly will you respond to a message or enquiry?
We aim to respond to every message within one working day. If it is urgent, call us directly on 0191 543 8863 and we will pick up or call you back promptly.
Will I be put on a mailing list or chased for a sale?
No. We will respond to what you have asked and suggest a sensible next step if there is one. We do not do follow-up sales sequences or cold outreach. If we can help, we will say so clearly. If we cannot, we will say that too.
What if I just want to find out more before committing to anything?
That is fine and normal. Start with our free Insight Discovery tool on the website, or simply get in touch and tell us where you are. There is no expectation that a conversation leads to anything. We would rather have a hundred genuine conversations than ten that feel pressured.
